# Credits

### **Understanding Credits:**

Credits within BuzzChat are the currency that fuels your messaging capabilities through the [Bulk Sender](/home/product-guides/bulk-sender.md) feature. Each credit corresponds to a message, be it text, image, PDF, video, audio, or any other supported format.

<mark style="background-color:red;">**Example:**</mark> <mark style="background-color:red;"></mark><mark style="background-color:red;">1 credit = 1 message</mark>

### **Credit Reset and Reload:**

Credits follow a daily reset and reload cycle, synchronized with Coordinated Universal Time (UTC +00:00). At midnight UTC, any unused credits reset to ensure a fresh quota for the upcoming day.

#### **Example Scenario:**

Suppose you have a subscription providing 300 credits daily. On January 2nd, you utilize 267 credits, leaving 33 credits unused. As the clock strikes midnight (UTC), the system reloads your credits back to the subscription's limit, in this case, 300 credits.
